Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at MVM MEDIA GROUP.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and network infrastructure
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate users on the use of computer systems and software
  • Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement new systems and processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all user issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and network infrastructure
