Technical Support Supervisor Job Description

MVM MEDIA GROUP is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, resolving issues, and ensuring that our systems and applications are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide guidance on the use of our systems and applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, and implement solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of our systems and applications, and develop training materials as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with users, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.

  • Accurate: Ability to accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Client Focus: Ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Judgement: Ability to make sound judgements and decisions in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to Multitask: Ability to handle multiple technical issues simultaneously.
