Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Review: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented effectively.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  • Office Administration: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.

  • Criminal Record Check: Required.
