About the Role

A.Y. NOTAIRE INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a legal support role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and ensure seamless communication within the team.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail, packages, and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business administration, office administration).
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or legal setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
