Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Speedy Cash Canada. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, promoting our financial products and services, and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer client inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Product Promotion: Promote our financial products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Cash Transactions: Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and securely.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer service or financial services role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Windows, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
