About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Speedy Cash Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, promoting our financial products and services, and handling cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Answer clients' inquiries and provide information on our financial products and services.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle cash transactions, balance daily transactions, and promote financial products and services.
  • Computer and Technology: Demonstrate proficiency in MS Windows, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
