Job Summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll create an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members. You'll work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized store, adhering to company standards and guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
