We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Advisor to join our team at Cornwall Voluntary Sector Forum. As a Business Support Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering support to individuals and businesses in Cornwall, specifically third sector organisations including social enterprises, community interest companies, voluntary and charitable organisations, under our Outset brand, in partnership with the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Hub and Cornwall Council's Good Growth Programme.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver support to individuals and businesses in Cornwall, specifically third sector organisations, to help them gain the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to sustain or grow a business
* Work closely with the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Hub and Cornwall Council's Good Growth Programme to deliver business support services
* Provide a friendly and supportive service to help individuals and businesses in Cornwall, specifically third sector organisations, to achieve their business goals
* Develop and deliver business support services, including workshops, sessions and 1:1 support, to meet the needs of individuals and businesses in Cornwall, specifically third sector organisations

**Requirements**

* Strong business, third sector and functional expertise
* Proven abilities in engaging groups and individuals, and conveying knowledge effectively through a range of sessions and workshops and 1:1 sessions delivered both online and face to face
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
