About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobility and Accessibility Solutions Specialist to join our team at Motion LP. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions for their mobility and accessibility needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Solutions: Work closely with therapists to select the most suitable mobility devices for clients, ensuring that Motion LP is the top choice for mobility solutions in the region.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and other healthcare facilities in the community, expanding our network and creating new opportunities for growth.
  • Be Flexible and Mobile: Travel to various locations, including long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences, to demonstrate our products and services to clients and their teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: Possess experience in selling, maintaining, or fitting in the mobility and accessibility industry, or have worked in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, nursing, long-term care, or another healthcare area and are looking to pivot into a sales role.
  • Sales Drive: Be a problem solver by nature, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions to troubleshoot concerns and meet the needs of clients, generate and pursue new leads, build relationships, grow your network, and meet your targets.
  • Innovation: Have expertise in innovating new ways to ensure client needs are met, generate new leads, build relationships, and network to ensure the continued growth of our business.
  • Technical Skills: Have experience with a customer relationship database (CRM) and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills, be able to relate to people and build trust easily, and thrive in a team environment, working with internal and external teams to drive business and satisfy our clients.
  • Additional Requirements: Hold a valid G-class driver's license, have a clean driving record, and be bondable, with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: A salary range from $40,000 - $48,000 ANNUAL BASE + COMMISSIONS, with the precise remuneration depending on skills, experience, and geographic location.
