Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mobility Equipment Service Specialist to join our team. This role requires an empathetic listener and a problem solver who enjoys assisting others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and Repair Mobility Devices: You will be responsible for delivering, installing, and repairing a variety of mobility equipment, including manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and elevating devices. Your tasks will include:
    • Creating service orders and quotes in our system.
    • Assessing and troubleshooting client issues with their devices.
    • Conducting repairs on-site and in-store.
    • Repairing electrical systems within mobility devices.
    • Programming and setting up basic mobility equipment.
    • Installing and repairing elevating products and solutions.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: As a representative of CB Canada, you will provide outstanding service to our clients, building trusting relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Flexibility and Mobility: This role involves traveling to various client locations, providing you with the opportunity to engage with clients in their environments.

Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency: Previous experience in customer service, familiarity with diagnostic tools, and mechanical repair skills are essential. Knowledge of mobility products is a plus.
  • Empathetic Approach: We seek individuals who can navigate client interactions with professionalism and compassion, understanding their unique needs.
  • Additional Requirements: Candidates must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
