Your Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Mobility and Accessibility Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the complete client relationship cycle during the purchasing process of essential mobility equipment. This includes products such as wheelchairs, stairlifts, and safety items for bathrooms and bedrooms.
We seek a consultant who excels in relationship-building and is solutions-oriented, eager to collaborate closely with therapists to align mobility and assisted living products with client needs.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide Tailored Solutions: Work directly with therapists to identify the most suitable mobility devices for clients. Your efforts will help establish Motion as the preferred choice for mobility solutions in the area.
- Build and Nurture Relationships: As a key player in our business, you will expand your network and forge new connections with therapists, caregivers, and healthcare facilities.
- Be Adaptable and Mobile: Your role will involve traveling to various facilities and client residences, utilizing our extensive inventory to demonstrate products and services.
Your Qualifications:
You are a trusted individual who seeks to enhance client lives and finds fulfillment in addressing mobility and accessibility needs. You desire to be part of a reputable national organization.
- Experience: You have a background in sales, maintenance, or fitting within the mobility and accessibility sector, or have worked in healthcare and are looking to transition into a sales role.
- Sales Acumen: You possess a natural problem-solving ability, adept at asking insightful questions to address client concerns and meet their needs.
- Innovation: You are skilled at developing creative strategies to meet client requirements and generate new leads.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: You have excellent oral and written communication abilities, capable of building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Additional Requirements: A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
