About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Globe Immigration Inc. in a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and handle telephone calls and messages.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, as well as negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals and prepare funding and grant applications and proposals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written communication skills, flexibility, organization, accuracy, reliability, time management, and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, database software, project management software, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Knowledge of legal, financial, and business terminology.
Benefits

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail. The salary range is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The job requires working 30 to 40 hours per week in a bilingual (English) setting.
