This role requires a highly skilled Project Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the seniors housing sector, multi-residential or hotel business.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.

Key responsibilities include reviewing Workday requisitions for suite refresh and renovations, monitoring program spend against budget, and providing reports on program performance.

The ideal candidate will also possess project management training and/or experience, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.

In return for your expertise, you can expect an estimated annual salary of $62,500 - $72,000 CAD based on industry standards.

As part of our team, you will be working closely with our Director – Capex to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of suite renovations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing all Workday requisitions for suite refresh and renovations;
  • Regularly monitoring and providing reports on program spend against budget;
  • Monitoring the Suite Renovations email Inbox and responding to all requests in a timely manner;
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating training and guidance documents related to the program;
  • Providing program training to new EDs;
  • Regularly attending JED meetings to address ED/RDO concerns;
  • Creating and issuing communications regarding any changes to the program;
  • Maintaining a preferred contractor list and ensuring insurance certificates and clearance letters are up to date at all times;
  • Sourcing and onboarding new contractors for the program;
  • Assisting as needed with implementing new product specifications, cost-saving measures, program improvements, and strategic projects;
  • Upholding and promoting the organization's values and philosophy relating particularly to ethics, morality, and integrity;
  • Completing all other duties as assigned.
