We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admission Office Coordinator to join our team at Sherwood Drug Mart (2010) INC. in London, Ontario.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong ability to multitask and work independently. The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills and be able to maintain accurate records and logs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors, directing them to relevant service areas or contacts;
  • Provide basic information to clients and the public regarding services and facilities offered by Sherwood Drug Mart (2010) INC.
  • Process customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Perform data entry tasks using various software applications, including electronic medical records and word processing software;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures;
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members or patients as required;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A College diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g., administrative assistant, office management);
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare setting;
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic medical records systems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
What We Offer

In exchange for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
