Job Summary

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Facilitator to join our Anti-Racism Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in advancing anti-racism learning initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement anti-racism training programs that align with our values, pillars, and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the Anti-Racism team and other internal partners to ensure training materials are relevant, evidence-based, and tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions that foster reflection, dialogue, and skill-building among participants.
  • Support the evaluation and refinement of training programs to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with current best practices in anti-racism.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Adult Learning or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in counselling, coaching, mentoring, training, conflict resolution, and facilitation.
  • Ability to apply a trauma-informed approach to learning and development.
