Head Chef for Restaurant Operations

We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our restaurant operations at House of Tofu Soup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient kitchen management. A clean kitchen and work areas are crucial to maintaining a high standard of quality and safety in our fast-paced environment.

This role requires working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with regular standing, walking, and lifting involved. You should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
Experience and QualificationsTo succeed as a Head Chef at House of Tofu Soup, you will require:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment opportunity
- Languages: English (primary)
- Hours of Work: Approximately 30 hours per week
We offer an estimated annual salary of $45,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits package. This includes health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
