Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sky Hy Pizza & Donair. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet our high-quality standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to prepare and serve high-quality food to our customers. You will be required to work in a standing position for long periods, lift heavy objects, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
