Nedco, a leading electrical industry company, is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to join our Winnipeg location.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer service standards, and promoting a positive work climate within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend sales strategies and marketing objectives to drive business growth.
  • Maintain and develop sales and profit objectives with assigned key accounts.
  • Ensure accurate customer service measurement criteria and take action to maintain compliance with customer service standards.
  • Prepare and implement work schedules to ensure adequate workflow and customer service standards.
  • Hire and develop personnel within the branch in accordance with Company standards and procedures.
  • Promote a positive work climate and ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • College education plus 3-5 years of related experience in the electrical distribution industry or a combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Sound business acumen to analyze financial reports and develop implementation strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • AS400 experience is an asset.
