We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Ambassador and Mixologist to join our team at Accor Hotel. As an ambassador of exceptional service, you will provide warm personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings, making guests feel unique and valued.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant environment, with previous experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
  • You will be able to focus your attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, you will be able to multitask and manage multiple priorities at once.
  • You will work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be able to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Meticulous in your attention to detail and with impeccable grooming and professionalism, you will possess a valid Serving It Right Certification and the ability to speak and understand English with professional working proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently offer thoughtful, professional, and proactive guest service.
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods.
  • Assist guests with menu items in an informative, engaging, and helpful way.
  • Mix drinks and craft cocktails to standard while controlling and monitoring inventory.
  • Actively seek dietary restrictions and allergies from guests and communicate to kitchen staff accordingly.
  • Handle guest concerns swiftly and graciously, offering a remarkable recovery and a commitment to always improve.
  • Ensure service essentials, quality, and service standards are met throughout the guest experience from arrival to departure.
  • Set up mise en place, side stations, bar, and bar settings according to standards.
  • Support colleagues during service to ensure a consistent guest experience throughout the restaurant, including running food, refreshing beverages, and clearing/resetting tables when needed.
  • Set furniture in the bar and lounge area in a consistent, clean, and inviting way.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing, promotions, and loyalty program offerings.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

Salary:$21.16-$26.45 per hour (plus gratuities)

Physical Aspects of Position:

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • Frequent kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
  • Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
  • Proven ability to carry three entre plates or more at one time.
