Overview

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is a leading provider of guided mountain experiences in British Columbia, Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospitality Services Ambassador to join our team.

Salary

A competitive daily rate of $212-$217 CAD will be provided, based on skillset and experience, along with 4% vacation pay and potential opportunities to heli-ski as available.

Job Description

As a Hospitality Services Ambassador, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest experiences at our lodges. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Caring for guest rooms by making beds, cleaning washrooms, vacuuming, and accommodating special requests related to room presentation.
  • Supporting the culinary program by serving, clearing, and cleaning.
  • Executing the cleaning of all common areas of the lodge and looking after guest laundry.
  • Providing a professional, highly organized, and detailed hospitality experience.
  • Supporting the ski program by assisting with radio duty and rescue response.
  • FOLLOWING OH&S, FOOD SAFE, AND WHMIS BEST-PRACTICES.
  • Supporting guests in the field program as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Post-secondary education in a hospitality-related field (preferred).
  • A Food Safe Certificate.
  • A First Aid Certificate (preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-end, fast-paced hospitality environment.
