Job Description

You will be a core member of our Food and Beverage team, creating an incredible dining experience for our residents and guests. Your goal is to surpass expectations while serving each meal with attention to presentation, following proper food-handling procedures, and accommodating any special dietary needs or preferences.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service during meals, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables, washing dishes, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Anticipate and respond to the needs of residents and guests, providing personalized support when required.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, guests, and colleagues.
  • A customer-centric approach, always striving to exceed expectations.
  • Familiarity with WHMIS, Serving it Right, and other relevant certifications.
