About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Varicent. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation and microcopy to help our customers succeed with our products and features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain online help content for our customers, business partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to gather information for documentation.
  • Write and edit documentation to ensure clarity and concision.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement documentation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing, UX writing, or a related field.
  • Portfolio of work that demonstrates technical writing skills.
  • Ability to conduct research and gather information from subject matter experts.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
