Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Technical Writer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA). As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation, user manuals, and web page content for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and requirements for documentation projects.
- Design and create visual content, such as diagrams, flowcharts, and screenshots, to support documentation.
- Use content management systems to publish and maintain documentation.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, with a strong background in creating technical documentation.
- Fluency in both English and French, with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience with content management systems, such as SharePoint or Confluence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
