Job Title: Bilingual Technical Writer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Technical Writer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation, user manuals, and web page content. You will work closely with our clients to design, build, and evolve their business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and web page content.
  • Review documentation standards and existing project documentation to determine documentation requirements.
  • Gather information from developers to create accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Assess the audience for each document and prepare a statement of purpose and scope.
  • Develop a table of contents and write or edit required content.
  • Design the layout of documents and prepare or coordinate preparation of illustrations and diagrams.
  • Use word-processing, desk-top publishing, and graphics software to produce final camera-ready copy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, with participation in at least 3 projects with similar subject matter and scale.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience working with Power Platform, SPO, and M365 technologies.
  • Must be fluently bilingual in both English and French.
