About the JobAs a Home Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality personal care and support services to clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a certificate or diploma in a related field, such as personal support work or health care aide. You will also require experience working in a similar role, preferably with vulnerable populations.
