Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Teams: Direct and control daily sales operations, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Evaluate Sales Performance: Regularly assess sales performance and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Plan and Organize Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and mentor sales staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement Sales Policies: Develop and enforce sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Procure Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality products for resale, ensuring that they meet customer expectations.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress and provide feedback.
  • Store Operations: Supervise store operations, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer expectations are exceeded.

  • Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship and coaching to employees from diverse backgrounds, including youth, veterans, and Indigenous people.

  • Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for employees from diverse backgrounds.
Work Terms
  • Permanent Position: This is a permanent full-time position, with a regular schedule and benefits.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language of communication, with opportunities for professional development and language training.
