Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandising and Sales: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales promotions.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week
