About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at La Rose Specialty Foods Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
    • Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the buying team to select and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.
    • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
    • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
