- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Cash Handling and Sales: Manage cash and process sales transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales floor staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
- Work Environment: Air-conditioned retail service establishment with on-site customer service
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
