About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 2644278 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Cash Handling and Sales: Manage cash and sales transactions, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests and resolving any complaints or issues.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales floor staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Environment: Air conditioned
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
