Job Title: Harvesting Labourer

The Apple Bin is seeking a reliable and physically fit Harvesting Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our harvesting team, you will be responsible for the harvesting of fruits and vegetables, ensuring high-quality produce for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply the technique of hoeing between rows of crops.
  • Clean the crops to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high prices in the market.
  • Hand harvest vegetables and fruits from orchards and fields.
  • Clean the work area to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Work Conditions:
  • Wet/damp work environments.
  • Odour exposure.
  • Hot temperatures.
Requirements:
  • Will train.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 30 to 60 hours of work per week.
