We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Surprise Nails Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Directing: Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, answering and directing calls as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and logs of client interactions and communications.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
