Job Description

Columbia Currency Exchange is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and the public, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information to clients and the public, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, receive and issue payments.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform data entry, provide customer service, and arrange teleconferences.
  • Other Responsibilities: Monitor mobile radio or telephone, calculate billing charges, and perform other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Other Benefits: Free parking available, permanent employment, 35 to 40 hours per week, and English as the primary language of work.
