Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at White Moon Immigration Ltd. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
