Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Harkaran Singh personal Real Estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the switchboard, answer and direct calls, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, and assist with scheduling appointments and sending invoices.
- Communication: Relay messages, schedule teleconferences, and provide directory assistance to clients and staff.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- On-site work required
Please note that this is a full-time position, and the successful candidate must be able to work on-site at our office location. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the right candidate.
