Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager at Eggstatic Artisan Breakfast & Brunch, located in Kingston, ON. The Kitchen Manager will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency, managing food preparation and cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, staff training, and adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Food Preparation and Cooking
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage management and Food Quality standards
  • Skills in Culinary Management
  • Certification in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus
