Sodexo with Good Eating Company is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Executive Chef. As the Chef you'll be at the forefront of culinary excellence, curating upscale hospitality experiences that delight our discerning clientele. This is a hands-on, innovative role that will focus on fresh ingredients to grow the culinary program with our client. We are obsessed with local products, scratch cooking, great food and being best in class. What You'll Do

- Ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
- Demonstrate strong all-round culinary ability and craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses, salads, sauce work, and pastry and baking
- Possess strong knowledge of food and ability to cook using multiple styles of cuisine
- Recognize and react to contemporary trends
- Utilize correct food terminology and cooking methods
- Constantly look for new recipes, ideas, and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole
- Play a key role and enthusiastically mentor culinary personnel

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
