Main Responsibilities:- Leadership and Training: Supervise, direct, motivate, and train staff members to achieve high performance standards.
- Product Handling: Effectively receive, price, stock, rotate, and merchandise products to meet customer needs.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventories, ordering products, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Policies and Regulations: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in produce/supervisory roles, including excellent product knowledge and rotation, merchandising, ordering, and inventory control experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, turn, and reach, and lift up to 65 lbs.
- Availability: Must be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
