Regional Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support for the Alberta Oil Tool specific product lines, including artificial lift, tubular, well head, and other related products.
- Work closely with current and new customers to understand their business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans to maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
- Generate and execute sales plans in assigned customer base and new customer accounts to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
- Research and provide forecasting for sales activities in the assigned sales territory or accounts.
- Effectively use sales tools and processes to promote an efficient and effective sales process.
- Organize presentations for distributors and end users.
- Support/lead trials of new technologies and proactively bring ideas and new technologies to the territory.
- Initiate and lead sales campaigns within territory.
- Supply after-sales technical support to customers.
- Perform all work in an ethical manner, compliant with local regulations and company policies.
- Travel within assigned sales territory.
Position Details:
- Focused on Northwest Alberta territories, including Grande Prairie, Whitecourt, Edson, Red Earth, Peace River, Slave Lake, and more.
- Candidate located in Grande Prairie is preferred but open to remote work. Must be able to frequently travel to customer sites if located remotely.
- Permanent, full-time, salaried, exempt position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Four or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry required.
- Valid class 5 driver's license.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to use a customer relationship management system.
Pre-employment Requirements:
- Drug and alcohol test.

- Drivers abstract.
