Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise and check assembly of trays, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan and health care plan.
- Work Environment: 30 to 40 hours per week, permanent position, and English language.
