Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Ontario INC is seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, managing staff, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold
  • Implement price and credits policies
  • Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Work Environment:

The Store Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be physically able to work in a retail setting and have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
