  • Administer portfolio activities related to invoices and pricing issues
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize quality, time cycle, and costs
  • Monitor and confirm part deliveries in collaboration with internal partner functions
  • Maintain Operational and Financial Key Performance Indicators
  • Interact with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve business objectives
  • Apply contractual terms and negotiate change management requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or Operations Management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain management or logistics
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP/BAAN (an asset)
  • Bilingualism (French and English spoken and written)
