About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an excellent experience.

Job Description
  • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Promote and sell food and beverage items to customers, both at the counter and through take-out orders.
  • Operate cash register systems, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stockrooms, display cases, and seating areas.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and nutritional information to effectively answer customer questions.
  • Fulfill inventory requests from storage areas to replenish supplies and maintain product freshness.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up or breaking down equipment, and ensuring all necessary tasks are completed before or after shifts.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: No prior experience required, as on-the-job training is provided.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek, plus opportunities for advancement and professional growth within our organization.
