Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Deliver seamless banking services and transactions
  • Offer advice and guidance on digital and self-serve options
  • Engage customers in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities
  • Contribute to meeting branch business results and customer experience
  • Support operational activities and manage cash transactions
  • Execute routine tasks and respond to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable
  • High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers
  • Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, and online tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions
  • Passionate commitment to helping customers and delivering a personal experience
