Ce poste d'expert commercial est offert par DMC Recruitment pour représenter notre client dans la région du Centre du Québec.

Compétences requises
  • Expérience en ventes : Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie des matériaux de construction, idéalement dans les revêtements de bâtiment.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
  • Priorité, opportunités et stratégie : Capacité à prioriser, identifier et saisir des opportunités. Esprit stratégique avec un bilan avéré dans l'augmentation des ventes.
  • Gestion des priorités : Organisé et structuré, avec une forte aptitude à gérer les priorités.
Rémunération

L'entreprise offre un salaire de base compétitif + prime (à déterminer) ainsi qu'une allocation pour le véhicule basée sur le kilométrage.

Responsabilités
  • Identifiez et développez des opportunités de vente : Collaborer avec des groupes d'acheteurs, des détaillants et des entreprises commerciales pour identifier et développer des opportunités de vente.
  • Établissez et maintenez des relations solides : Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les entrepreneurs et les constructeurs locaux.
  • Servir les clients : Fournir un service client exceptionnel pour stimuler les ventes et assurer une satisfaction optimale.
  • Instructez les distributeurs : Former les distributeurs sur les produits, en offrant des conseils techniques.
  • Tirez parti des opérations équipe : Collaborer avec une équipe dédiée pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente, en se concentrant sur le développement de nouvelles opportunités.
