Associate Registrar

Fleming College is seeking an experienced Associate Registrar to lead the performance of the Registrar's Office (RO) back-office operations. This position is responsible for directing the College's admissions, registration, records, student fees, and financial aid functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the performance of the Registrar's Office (RO) back-office operations.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to managers to ensure overall performance and effectiveness of processes and services.
- Guide and direct Academic and Administrative departments on business processes and policy issues that impact student enrollment and retention.
- Develop, analyze, and enhance efficient, effective, and timely Registrarial systems, processes, and services to support the College's core business activities.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate all production processes within the RO, including the Annual Production Planning Cycle.
- Completion of a Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, International Relations/Business, or a related field of study.
- Minimum of seven years of working experience, including three years in a management capacity at an Ontario Post-Secondary institution.
- Experience analyzing trends and patterns in changing business/client needs and demands.
- Comprehensive understanding of Student Enterprise Systems and analytical, project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Well-developed presentation skills with the ability to communicate and build consensus/persuade or influence others to achieve desired goals/outcomes.
