Administrative Support Specialist

Mabuhay Supermarket and Garden Produce Ltd is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team. Your duties will include recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and performing data entry.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff and management team, including recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for our staff and management team.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
