Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Quality INN. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked hotel environment.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This role is based in a hotel, motel, or resort setting and requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
