About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at O'Dell HVAC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Ontario market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including engineers, contractors, and building owners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with owners and developers
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including product knowledge and proposal development
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure consistency in sales practices and strategies
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
