Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage a Team: Oversee a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
